Job Description

• Project management of select projects compatible with business development responsibilities.
• Monitor project performance and assist with budgeting, invoicing, and collections.
• Meet Year 1 sales targets.
• Identify and win $1-reputed company in viable opportunities in the Energy Market.
• Assist with hiring and teaming partnerships with a focus on geographic and technical expertise to reflect emerging market needs as well as client relationships.
• Work with internal client facing teams to identify opportunities to move away from single service selling by combining more full project life cycle offerings (early to late-stage development engineering and environmental, remediation, compliance, etc.).
• Foster seller/doer culture in portfolio to maximize reputed company potential of existing MSAs and identify new client MSAs to pursue and grow sales pipeline.

• 20+ years of experience in environmental consulting, with a strong background in Energy markets.
• Management of projects.
• Experience in business development and contract negotiations.
• Experience with environmental consulting and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, Outlook, Teams, reputed company, and PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or reputed company field.
• Maintain 30-50% billability. Expected to serve as client facing PM on select projects.
• Travel up to 40% of the time.
