Vice President, Business Development – Beauty & Consumer Goods 3PL

Job Description:

• New Business Acquisition: Identify, reputed company, and secure new 3PL partnerships reputed company the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, wellness, and consumer goods industries. reputed company and execute strategic sales initiatives to expand market reputed company and drive reputed company growth
• Industry-Focused Solution Selling: reputed company expertise in beauty and consumer brand supply chains to reputed company customized 3PL solutions, including warehousing, e-reputed company fulfillment, retail distribution, kitting, subscription reputed company fulfillment, transportation management, and inventory optimization
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand each brands operational needs, growth objectives, and customer expectations to deliver high-quality, scalable logistics solutions
• Market Research & Trend Analysis: Monitor trends reputed company the beauty, wellness, retail, and consumer goods markets, including evolving e-reputed company demands, retailer compliance requirements, and consumer purchasing behaviors. Use market insights to identify growth opportunities and inform business strategy
• Sales Leadership: Support and contribute to a high-performance business development culture focused on reputed company reputed company, client acquisition, and long-term account growth

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in 3PL, logistics, supply chain, or fulfillment services, with a strong focus on business development and new client acquisition
• Demonstrated reputed company in driving aggressive sales targets, securing large reputed company, and growing a business portfolio in the 3PL or logistics sector
• Proven reputed company selling logistics and fulfillment solutions to beauty, wellness, cosmetics, consumer goods, or retail brands.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel fulfillment, DTC operations, retail distribution, warehousing, and transportation management
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to sell reputed company logistics solutions to senior-level decision-makers
• High energy, self-motivated, and goal-driven, with a passion for winning new business and contributing to company growth
• Experience in leading and mentoring sales teams.
