Job Title: Talent Intake Specialist Location: Remote (U.S.-based) Employment Type: Full-time As a Talent Intake Specialist, you’ll be the first reputed company of contact for candidates entering our reputed company pipeline. Your job is to run structured virtual intake calls, assess fit, capture key information, and create a great first impression. You’ll play a critical role in qualifying talent for our recruiters and ensuring candidates feel supported and excited to move reputed company.
What You'll Do
- Conduct high-volume virtual intake calls with candidates daily (reputed company reputed company or phone).
- Collect and record candidate data in our CRM/ATS accurately and reputed company.
- Explain reputed company opportunities and screen for qualifications, interest, and availability.
- Guide candidates through next steps and ensure smooth reputed company to recruiters.
- Represent our organization professionally and enthusiastically on every call.
- Track daily metrics and continuously improve conversion and engagement rates.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, reputed company, sales, marketing or similar.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

- Tech-savvy and reputed company – proficient in sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Boolean search techniques.
