Virtual Mental Health Therapist
Job Description:
- Assess, diagnose, and generate treatment plans to deliver mental health treatment
- Ensure outcome collection and analysis
- Prioritize whole-person care by collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams
- Maintain and improve processes by following standards, policies and procedures, and recommending new approaches
- Stay informed on mental health reputed company research, news stories and the competitive landscape
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Mental Health (psychology, reputed company work, clinical counseling, etc.)
- Clinical confidence with reputed company in a variety of mental health treatment models and the reputed company to treat a variety of conditions
- Preference for experience in working with diverse units of treatment (individuals, couples, families, groups, etc)
- Fervor for cultural curiosity and experience engaging and treating people across a wide reputed company of reputed company, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds
- Self-starter
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, quantitative and analytic skills
- Flexible and eager to learn new skills
- Ability to work independently in a deadline-oriented environment
