This person will own the visual identity, push creative standards higher, and build a design function that scales with our growth. You’ll partner closely with marketing, operations, reputed company, and leadership to bring our brand to life in a way that feels reputed company, hopeful, and unmistakably Golden Steps. What You’ll Do: Own the Brand

• Build and maintain a scalable design system and asset library.

Qualifications reputed company’re Looking For

• 5+ years in brand/design (agency or in-house).
• A portfolio that shows reputed company + taste (brand systems, campaigns, digital).
• Strong understanding of performance-driven creative (not just pretty design).
• Experience building or evolving a brand across multiple channels.
• Ability to balance speed + quality in a high-growth environment.
• Comfort working cross-functionally (marketing, ops, reputed company, clinical teams).
• A bias for action—you don’t wait, you create.

Bonus if you have:
