Performance Creative Strategist Contract (Full-Time Hours, 40 hrs/week) | Reports to: Pod reputed company | Contract to Full-Time Role Mission The Performance Creative Strategist leads creative strategy for a portfolio of ecommerce clients reputed company their pod. You drive advertising performance through data-informed creative direction — bridging the gap between paid media insights and high-converting creative execution. You own the full creative lifecycle, from ideation and briefing through to delivery and optimization, and you are ultimately accountable for the creative performance of your accounts. Key Responsibilities

Creative Strategy & Direction

• Own creative brainstorming sessions, creative kickoffs, and the end-to-end creative brief process
• Craft and present creative roadmaps to the team, including clear hypotheses, testing frameworks, and performance expectations

Client Management

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience developing and executing paid reputed company creative strategy, ideally in a DTC or ecommerce agency environment
