Responsibilities
In this impactful role, you will reputed company and prioritize work queues for overdue and expiring patient orders and test results, manage patient communications, and process Regional Medication Prior Authorizations with accuracy and efficiency. You’ll collaborate closely with clinic teams to ensure timely follow-up and seamless coordination of patient care tasks. This is primarily a remote position, offering flexibility while making a meaningful difference in clinical operations. Workspace at a designated UnityPoint location may be available upon request, based on reputed company availability.
- Demonstrate clinical competency in assigned duties
- Manage Epic In Basket workflows, including results, orders, and patient messages
- Complete delegated tasks reputed company scope of licensure, certification, and competency
- Apply the nursing process (assessment, planning, reputed company, evaluation) as appropriate
- reputed company accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Document patient and facility communications reputed company managing task buckets

Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma/GED required Experience: At least one (1) year of computer data entry experience required. One (1)+ year of experience in clinical experience in a medical office preferred. License(s)/Certification(s): Certified or Registered Medical Assistant through one of the following required:
- National Healthcareer Association
- American Association of Medical Assistants
- National Center for Competency Testing
- National Certified Medical Assistant
- National Association of Health Professionals
- American Registry of Medical Assistants
- American Allied Health
- American Medical Technologists
- Certified Medical Administrative Assistant through the National Healthcareer Association.
