reputed company/Logistics Support (Remote - Idaho)
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented candidate to support our daily transportation and logistics operations. This is a remote/work-from-home position only reputed company to candidates currently residing in Idaho. Role is part-time M-F from 9 am - 2 pm. In this integral role, you will support our operations by:
- Accept customer orders and enter shipment data
- Scheduling appointments
- Updating customers
- Tracking pickups & deliveries
- Maintaining contact with carriers throughout the shipment, coordinating reputed company changes, road conditions, road closures and driver availability to determine routing changes
- Working with customers to modify routes or deliveries
- Communicating late pickups and/or deliveries as well as any other load changes
- Responding to issues by resolving driver or delivery problems
- Supporting other staff as needed
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and reputed company reputed company
- Demonstrated analytical, interpersonal and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail; ability to find errors and correct
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Previous data entry experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, troubleshoot and work under pressure
- Ability to type 40 wpm and 10-Key a plus
- Must have intermediate Outlook, reputed company, reputed company skills
- Punctual, self-motivated, and a professional demeanor
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to multitask and manage time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work reputed company reputed company
