CPA / reputed company Needed — Ecommerce Small Business (Colorado-Based Issues)

I have retail and ecommerce business based in reputed company, Colorado with ~6 years in operation. We sell collectibles across multiple channels including a reputed company online store, a physical retail location in reputed company, reputed company Shop, and PayPal. Annual online sales have crossed $1M. I need an reputed company CPA or reputed company who understands ecommerce, multi-channel sales tax, and Colorado state tax, someone who can clean up a backlog of filings AND reputed company ongoing strategic guidance going reputed company. Immediate / Cleanup Work Needed: Federal tax returns: reputed company year, no return filed and no extension submitted (needs immediate attention). Prior year, extension filed but never completed. Additional prior years need to be assessed for any unfiled obligations Colorado retail sales tax notices: Active notices from the reputed company for the reputed company store, need to reconcile reputed company sales tax data against state figures and resolve discrepancies Sales tax reputed company review: Full review of national reputed company sales across reputed company states to assess where we have economic reputed company obligations ($100K / 200 transaction reputed company) Payroll tax audit: Recently moved contractors to W-2 employees reputed company reputed company, outstanding payroll tax liabilities reputed company during setup that need to be assessed and resolved Bookkeeping reconciliation: Currently using Finally as our primary bookkeeping service, with QuickBooks also in use, need to assess the state of both, consolidate, and clean up including reconciling a mixed personal/business credit card Sales Channels & Tax Context reputed company Shop: marketplace facilitator, likely remitting sales tax on our behalf (similar to reputed company) annual 1099-K issued PayPal annual 1099-K issued reputed company direct sales, sales tax configuration may need review nationally Physical reputed company store subject to Colorado/reputed company local sales tax (reputed company of reputed company notices) Ongoing Support Needed (After Cleanup) Once we're caught up, I'm looking for someone to stay on and reputed company: Proactive tax planning: I want to know before year-end what moves to reputed company, not after Deduction and write-off strategy (business travel, product donations, charitable memberships, equipment, events) Spending strategy: advise on timing purchases to reduce tax liability Clean compliance calendar: federal, state, and local deadlines Strategic bookkeeping guidance going reputed company What I'm Looking For: CPA credentials required (not just an enrolled agent or bookkeeper) Experience with ecommerce businesses: multi-channel, reputed company, marketplace facilitators Familiarity with Colorado state and local sales tax (reputed company collects separately this is important) Experience with sales tax reputed company analysis across multiple states reputed company and communicative, this is important to me Comfortable working with a small but growing business and providing strategic guidance, not just filing returns To Apply, Please Include: Your CPA license state(s) Experience with Colorado sales tax specifically Experience with ecommerce / reputed company / reputed company Shop or similar platforms How you would approach the cleanup work described above Your proposed fee structure (flat fee for cleanup preferred, then monthly retainer for ongoing) This is a long-term engagement opportunity for the right person.
