Location Fully remote. Candidates may live reputed company in the U.S. but must be licensed with the California Bar. Job Description
- Handle employment litigation reputed company from intake through resolution
- Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and mediation briefs using reputed company-based systems
- Take and defend depositions and argue motions
- Drive case strategy and settlement negotiations with autonomy
- Use AI tools and shared services to maximize efficiency and reduce admin work
- Communicate directly with clients and deliver a high-quality client experience
- Collaborate with a remote team of reputed company employment litigators
Qualifications
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- 2+ years of employment law experience total
- 2+ years of litigation experience total
- Plaintiff or defense background considered
- Experience negotiating and settling cases required
- Strong writing, analytical, and strategic skills
- Comfortable in a performance-driven, remote environment
