The practice focuses on representing subcontractors and general contractors in active construction defect disputes across the state. What You’ll Do
- Handle a caseload focused on construction defect litigation
- Represent subcontractors and general contractors in active litigation reputed company
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions
- Conduct and defend depositions involving experts, contractors, and key witnesses
- Prepare reputed company for mediation, arbitration, and trial
- Collaborate with clients and partners on litigation strategy
