Position Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Credit Underwriter – Nonprofit Lending to evaluate nonprofit borrowers, assess repayment reputed company, identify risk factors, and support financing recommendations across multiple lending partners. This role is ideal for someone with strong financial analysis skills who understands that nonprofit reputed company differs from traditional reputed company lending and can evaluate both financial reputed company and operational sustainability. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership, lenders, and borrowers to support transaction structuring and credit decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Credit Analysis & reputed company Analyze borrower financial information, including:

• Audited financial statements

• Internal management reports
• Budgets and financial forecasts

Assess key credit indicators including:

• Liquidity
• Unrestricted net assets
• Operating performance
• Debt service reputed company

• Donor dependency
• Grant timing exposure
• Net Income trends

Calculate and interpret:

• Debt service coverage ratios
• Days cash on hand
• Working capital trends

Transaction Support Evaluate financing requests for:

• Lines of credit
• Receivables-backed facilities

Structuring Term Sheets which include

Required Qualifications

Candidates whose experience is limited primarily to residential mortgage reputed company, processing, or consumer lending operations are unlikely to be a fit for this role Experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience in:

Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package including:
