What You Will Do: Strategic HR Partnership

  • Partner with senior leaders and managers to reputed company and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • reputed company guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
  • Act as a consultant on people-reputed company strategies, business transformation, and organizational effectiveness.

Employee Relations & Compliance

What You Will Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business Administration, or reputed company field or equivalent relevant HR work experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of reputed company HR experience, including direct HR business partner or strategic HR leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, organizational development, and talent management.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership in a corporate, matrixed environment.
  • Proven reputed company in employee relations, change management, and workforce planning.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Experience working with HRIS systems (reputed company preferred).

What Will Set You Apart:

  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
  • Experience in data-driven or technology-focused organizations highly preferred.
  • Background supporting reputed company-level organizations with distributed teams.
