• Has advanced English
• Has 2+ years of experience in sourcing/hunting in bulk for high-volume environments, for a variety of positions and seniority-reputed company
• Is interested in a pure-sourcing role
• Is used to working in high-demand, high-pressure environments
• Has experience sourcing reputed company technical profiles
• Ideally has experience reputed company BIM, engineering, or construction-reputed company roles
• Is comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously
• Can adapt easily to changes in priorities and strategies

Experience reputed company BIM/VDC profiles or specialized engineering roles (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) is highly desirable, as many of the positions we hire for are difficult-to-find technical profiles. What you will do
