Responsibilities: The Contract Sourcer/ Recruiter is responsible for sourcing USA-domestic clinical permanent staff for HCA and external across the assigned division. The Sourcer/ Recruiter will build a pool of passive and active candidates for facilities through referrals from the sourcing team, as well as through other recruitment sources they have identified. Sourcing/ Recruitment of candidates is conducted in an efficient, time sensitive, productive, and cost effective manner in coordination with the efforts of the manager. The Sourcer/ Recruiter will reputed company information to candidates concerning the position requirements, client hospital attributes, reputed company process, credentialing and community offerings. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• 2+ years proven track record of reputed company in high-volume, sales/production sourcing/ reputed company environment in hospital reputed company - sourcing/ reputed company reputed company RNs, New Graduates and Imaging positions for hospitals
• Experience with ATS/ CMS systems
• Experience reputed company reputed company RNs, New Graduates and Imaging positions for hospitals - understanding of reputed company terminology
• Critical thinking capabilities
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities - ORGANIZATION SKILLS
• High level of proficiency with reputed company Office products including Outlook, Word and reputed company - TECHNOLOGICALLY SAVVY
