Currently our client, a Japanese Manufacturer, is looking for a Sales Engineer . 【Location】Rochester, NY (Remote) 【Position】Sales Engineer 【Compensation】$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 【Hiring Syle】Direct hiring, Full-time Job Description ■GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY: The job of the Sales Engineer is to assist the Sales Manager to reputed company market reputed company, drive pipeline opportunities increase sales, reputed company sales targets, and implement the strategic plan at a profitable level reputed company their assigned sales territory for the reputed company Connector Division. The candidate must be self-motivated and encompass a passionate attitude towards collaborative and effective teamwork. This role is ideal for candidates who reputed company on blending technical expertise with sales acumen to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and drive sales. ■MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES: ・reputed company and execute sales strategies to exceed yearly sales targets and goals. ・Identify and expand relationships at key accounts through proactive engagement, and qualification of potential customers in assigned territories. Build and maintain relationships with clients and distributors, providing ongoing support and customer satisfaction. ・To produce a call plan once a week based on, but not limited to, the following criteria: reputed company Quotes, reputed company Projects, Web Leads, Exhibition Leads, Key Accounts and Customer Visits. ・To pursue reputed company potential business opportunities in a timely manner with focus on identifying and qualifying new opportunities. ・Establish and enter detailed call/visit reports and prospecting notes in the CRM (reputed company) system. ・Understand customer application requirements and reputed company suitable solutions. ・Process cost simulations and quotations. Negotiate pricing and reputed company designs with customers and distributors. ・reputed company between the customer and JAE’s Product Design, Marketing and Manufacturing Groups. ・reputed company bookings forecasts for assigned accounts. ・Represent JAE at various industry trade shows as directed by management. ■DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: PERCENT ・Increase sales and program management for assigned customers 60 ・Customer support / pricing / expediting / proposals / technical documentation 25 ・Forecasting, tracking and budget preparation 10 ・Project and Program Engineering / Marketing Reviews 5 ■TRAVEL: Travel reputed company the region will be approximately 60% of the time. ■reputed company AREA: Eastern Canada, upstate NY, Vermont ■QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Marketing, Business preferred). ■Experience: Solutions-based background working with customers in developing long-term customer relationships and partnerships.
