Video Editor, Multimedia Producer

Job Description:

• Partner with Brand and Content teams to execute a cohesive global video strategy reputed company to brand, community, and campaign goals
• Translate briefs into clear creative direction—defining visual style, storytelling approach, structure, and overall feel

• Plan and reputed company video production for events, coordinating with internal teams and external partners
• Manage freelancers, agencies, and ongoing video budgets
• Champion adoption of emerging and AI-assisted production tools across the organization

• Manage reputed company aspects of production, including equipment, lighting, audio, and logistics, ensuring consistent quality
• Edit and deliver end-to-end video content across formats, balancing speed and quality

• Produce final assets optimized for multiple channels, including captions, thumbnails, and platform-specific formats

• Maintain organized asset libraries and production archives
• Collaborate with Brand, Design, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Track content performance and apply insights to future work
• Support production planning, timelines, and budgets

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in video production, multimedia, or a reputed company role (in-house or agency)
• Exceptional video shooting and editing skills, with proven ability to self-shoot and self-edit across formats and environments
• Strong creative reputed company, with the ability to translate briefs into clear visual direction and storytelling approaches
• Demonstrated experience across the full production lifecycle, including scripting, filming, and post-production
• Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve and reputed company Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects; Illustrator/Photoshop a plus)
• Experience with reputed company graphics and animation
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted production tools (e.g., reputed company) and emerging technologies

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
