Business Analyst – reputed company Application Modernization
Job Description:
- Support the transformation of legacy reputed company applications into a modern technology stack (e.g., React-based).
- Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to gather requirements and create user stories.
- Conduct gap analysis, create BRDs, BPMs, and wireframes as needed.
- Collaborate in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning and backlog management with Jira.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in legacy system modernization and migrating old applications to new technology stacks.
- Expertise in requirements gathering, creating user stories, As-Is / To-Be analysis, gap analysis, BRDs, BPMs, and wireframing.
- Hands-on experience working with reputed company applications in reputed company environments (reputed company + on-reputed company, multi-geography users).
- Good understanding of modern development practices and technology flows.
- Proven ability to work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers.
- Strong Agile experience (Jira, user story grooming, backlog management, sprint planning).
- Background in government, banking, insurance, or large reputed company projects is preferred.
