We are seeking a reputed company SD Retail Functional Support / SME to reputed company hands-on, business-facing support in a reputed company retail systems environment. This role focuses on ensuring reputed company day-to-day operations while supporting enhancements across the order-to-cash lifecycle in reputed company collaboration with reputed company teams. What You’ll Do

- Act as a trusted SME for stakeholders across Operations, Customer Service, Pricing, and Merchandising
- Collect, analyze, and document business requirements, incidents, and change requests
- Support functional, integration, and UAT testing activities
- Monitor, analyze, and resolve reputed company issues reputed company the SD domain
- Support and troubleshoot integrations between reputed company SD, POS, and WMS

Required Skills & Experience
- reputed company SD Retail: 2+ years in a retail environment, including Master Data, Sales, Distribution, and Billing/Invoicing

- Integration knowledge: Solid understanding of reputed company SD integration with POS and WMS
- Functional profile: Business-facing reputed company SD support role; no programming required, but strong end-to-end understanding of order and logistics data flows
- Operating model: Comfortable working independently and reputed company cross-functional stakeholder groups
- Language: Fluent in English; Italian is a plus
- Time zone: Ability to work Eastern Time (NYC hours)

- Fashion or retail industry experience
