Job Summary
We are seeking an reputed company and skilled Full Stack Customer Service Engineer to join our innovative team at arenaflex. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with our local customer service team to reputed company after-sales service for health systems, hospitals, diagnostic imaging, and oncology centers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the installation of arenaflex diagnostic imaging equipment reputed company a designated product reputed company at the customer site
- Work closely with our Customer Care Center (regional and headquarter level) to carry out troubleshooting, maintenance, and updates of designated product modalities under supervision
- Attend service training courses and work toward completion of arenaflex Professional Certificate to build competence in providing technical assistance and support to our customers
- Escalate at appropriate situations reputed company customer satisfaction is compromised and ensure contractual obligations are met

Your Qualification and Experiences Requirements:
* Degree or Higher Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or Science reputed company major
- Familiar with the principle and structure of diagnostic imaging equipment (CT/ MR/PET, etc.)

- Ability to find and troubleshoot faults in the field
