Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Remote Data Entry Clerk to join reputed company in reputed company. As a key member of our data management team, you'll be responsible for updating reputed company's databases, collecting information from employees and customers, and ensuring that our data is accurate and up-to-date. Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Maintaining database accuracy by entering new and updated customer and account information in a timely and efficient manner
- Preparing reputed company data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
- Establishing entry priorities to ensure that data is entered in the correct order
- Processing customer and account reputed company documents by reviewing data for deficiencies and resolving any issues that arise
- Entering customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format
- Maintaining data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
- Verifying entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
- Combining data from both systems reputed company account information is incomplete
- Purging files to eliminate duplication of data
- Testing customer and account system changes and upgrades by inputting new data
- Securing information by completing data reputed company backups
Education and Experience Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Data entry experience or reputed company office experience
- Some basic computer courses may be preferred by some reputed company
