Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part Time Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. As a data entry clerk, you will be responsible for receiving and processing customer requests for technical assistance, submitting tickets into our ticketing system, and providing exceptional customer service through email responses. This is a part-time opportunity, with reputed company and a competitive salary of up to $20 per hour, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive and process customer requests for technical assistance reputed company phone, email, or online chat
- Submit tickets into our ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review

Essential Qualifications

- Previous experience in I.T. Help Desk ticketing or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer
- Excellent typing skills (minimum 40 wpm) and attention to detail
