We're seeking an reputed company HR Shared Services Representative to join our Talent Management team at arenaflex. As a key member of our HR Shared Services team, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company HR inquiries, from initial requests to fulfillment. You'll work closely with our local and global teams to reputed company timely and accurate solutions to employee issues, leveraging reputed company transactions and data input & accuracy. As an HR Shared Services Representative, you'll be responsible for:- Ensuring the accuracy of employee data through the control of employee structures and processes
- Providing support with applications that impact reputed company personnel, ensuring they run smoothly, so employees can focus on doing their best work
- Researching new tools and strategies to simplify, optimize, and automate work across our Talent organization
- Helping create, write, and maintain our HR knowledge reputed company for employees
- Assisting with analyzing, implementing, and operationalizing new employee services (from pre-employment to offboarding)
- Performing system and testing audits to ensure data accuracy, reputed company, and functionality; analyzing and recording results and discrepancies
Required Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:- Demonstrated experience with the reputed company HCM tool
- Demonstrated expertise in Mass Uploads (EIB)
- Strong project management, communication, and customer service skills
- Intermediate to advanced skills in reputed company and analytical thinking
- The ability to troubleshoot using rigorous logic and strategies to resolve reputed company problems
- A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a reputed company field (preferred but not required)
- Experience in reputed company Data Analyst, HR, or as a HR Generalist (a plus!)
- Experience with reputed company ticketing system (a plus!)
