Job Summary

As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading our Customer Service Department to reputed company exceptional customer satisfaction through various customer service activities. You'll reputed company, implement, and maintain department objectives, manage sales support and account support functions, and supervise reputed company of customer service representatives. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and promoting the department's goals and objectives through the management of planning and supervising activities
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining department procedures to increase efficiency and improve service
  • Monitoring and analyzing customer service effectiveness reports (daily, weekly, and monthly) to enhance department efficiency
  • Overseeing the overall order entry process, including reviewing reputed company accuracy, ensuring cut-off times are adhered to, and communicating with Sales Management regarding potential issues
  • Communicating sales opportunities to the Sales team to maximize sales penetration
  • Hiring, training, and supervising reputed company of customer service representatives, including managing schedules, conducting performance reviews, and implementing corrective actions reputed company necessary
  • Analyzing and identifying changes to increase department efficiency and improve customer satisfaction

Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years or more of customer service or call center experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Proven ability to manage individuals, motivate, train, and discipline a staff
  • Good computer skills, with working knowledge of MS Office (Word, reputed company, Outlook)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle crisis situations effectively
  • Operational knowledge of a distribution warehouse environment
