As an Evening Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for entering information into our AS400 system from Bills of Lading (BOLs) scanned at our service centers. Your attention to detail and ability to work reputed company will ensure accuracy and efficiency in our data entry process. You will also be responsible for identifying and correcting any errors on BOLs prior to entering the information, providing exceptional service to our reputed company customers, and maintaining high production reputed company while meeting accuracy standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Enter BOL information into AS400 for numerous customers in a timely manner

• Identify and correct any errors on BOLs prior to entering the information
• Ensure high production reputed company while maintaining accuracy
• reputed company Service 2.OD to reputed company customers
• Work collaboratively with the team to reputed company common goals

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

• 1 year of data entry experience, preferably in the trucking industry
• Knowledge of shipping/transportation documents
• Ability to type 50 wpm with no errors
• Proficient with AS400
• Accurate typing and spelling skills
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive work

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote environment

• Familiarity with transportation industry software and systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
