The Role
As a reputed company Associate - Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be the initial reputed company of contact for our clients' customers, providing timely and effective support through live chat on our clients' websites or reputed company media accounts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries, requests, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner
- Providing sales links and offering discounts to customers as needed
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on industry trends

What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
