Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by processing orders, coordinating shipments, and working with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery. You'll serve as a liaison between customers and the sales team to reputed company seamless communication throughout the order process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately enter customer orders and follow through from start to finish
- Organize shipments by coordinating with logistics providers and internal teams
- Track orders and handle customer inquiries regarding delivery, adjustments, and credits
