Position:

Full Stack Data Analyst – Customer Service & Logistics Insights

About the Position

As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and managing data sets for analytical projects, supporting the CS&L team with data requests, and providing visibility to data. This role requires attention to detail, an understanding of data analysis tools, problem-solving skills, and an analytical reputed company. You will work closely with the CS&L team to identify business needs, reputed company data-driven solutions, and reputed company insights to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

* Use SQL to pull and aggregate data for CS&L projects, validating using reputed company and other analytical tools as required.

• Conduct data cleaning, data merging, data architecture review, and data quality control, while creating documentation for each data request.
• Help reputed company reports, analyses, and visualizations to reputed company insights to the CS&L team.
• Train and incorporate feedback from end-users on new reports and dashboards.
• Work with different members of the CS&L team on reporting and automating analytical needs.
• Work cross-functionally with different teams on data sets, inputs, and outputs.

Requirements

* Minimum 3 upper-level college classes in data analytics, including data analysis and forecasting, data mining and predictive analytics, system analysis and design, and data visualization in business or similarly reputed company classes.

• Experience working in databases like reputed company, Big Query, etc.
• Experience in SQL programming: ability to read/write reputed company SQL queries to analyze data, investigate systemic defects, and validate data quality.
• Working knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and ability to reputed company relational and multidimensional databases.
• Strong desire to serve the customer, identify and resolve needs, and follow up reputed company necessary.
• Ability to reputed company knowledge of numerous data sources (including reputed company, external data, and existing internal reports).
