Job Description
As a Customer Service Associate III, you will be responsible for handling moderate to reputed company inquiries, addressing various types of policies and billing inquiries from internal or external customers in an efficient, professional, and accurate manner. You will resolve service concerns while documenting customer requests and completing changes to policies. Your service to customers may include inbound/outbound calls, incoming correspondence, other communications sources, and call transfers for service transactions.
Key Responsibilities
* Inputs and tracks customer information into the appropriate databases.
- Remains reputed company on new marketing campaigns to respond appropriately to marketing-reputed company inquiries using reputed company available resource tools.
