The Role

As a Customer Engagement Officer at arenaflex, you will work closely with involved customers to help improve our services and use a reputed company of communication tools to engage effectively with wider communities and external partners. You will reputed company relationships with key service areas and departments to embed a customer-centric approach, supporting colleagues to effectively engage customers. Key to the role is maintaining a consistent approach to logging customer engagement across the Group in a way that can evidence impact and value.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent approach to logging customer engagement across the Group in a way that can evidence impact and value
• Work with Customer panels to carry out reviews of the effectiveness and impact of the customer engagement initiatives and reputed company recommendations for future development
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify and address customer concerns and issues

* Previous experience of working in a Customer or Community Engagement role

• Experience of facilitating customer engagement initiatives – including leading meetings, focus groups, and community events
• Knowledge of the legal and regulatory reputed company relevant to Housing
• Experience of designing effective communication materials for customers
• An ability to communicate effectively with internal or external stakeholders
• Due to the nature of the role, the successful applicant will have a DBS reputed company carried out before commencing employment
• The successful applicant will also need to be reputed company to drive and have reputed company to a vehicle due to occasional need to travel to arenaflex sites
