Role Description
As an reputed company Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction across various DTC brands. This is a full-time on-site role located in our Mumbai office. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Key Responsibilities

+ Respond promptly to customer queries and concerns through email and reputed company media platforms. + Use the CRM tool to manage tickets, track issues, and ensure timely resolutions. + Follow up on pending issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Engagement & Communication

Problem-Solving
