The Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our borrowers, dealer partners, and internal stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on communicating with our customers through collections calls and correspondence, resolving client discrepancies, and meeting defined department goals and activity metrics. You will also have the opportunity to participate in our Career Development Rotation (CDR) program, which provides a structured path for growth and development reputed company the company.

Key Responsibilities

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
