The Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to individuals enrolling in public benefit programs. Your empathetic and patient approach will help ensure that callers receive the assistance they need, making a reputed company impact on their well-being and peace of mind. Key Responsibilities

* Answering inbound calls and interacting with customers in a professional, empathetic, and compassionate manner

• Providing information in accordance with established policies, procedures, and privacy laws
• Assisting customers with program enrollment and routing them to the appropriate contacts reputed company three-way calls to ensure a smooth call transfer
• Assisting customers with their communication needs, including reputed company services for callers with speech or hearing impairments, translation services for callers who don't reputed company English, and more
• Placing outbound calls as needed to reputed company time-sensitive information with customers
• Using multiple computer systems to reputed company data and document information

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• At least one year of customer service experience
