Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Specialist to join reputed company in a remote/hybrid role. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for building customer relationships by responding to a high volume of INBOUND phone calls, working with customers and Sales team members daily in reputed company-based environment, and using a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day. • Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once.
