Responsibilities:

As a Technical Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Utilizing our ticketing system to communicate and document issues, ensuring seamless communication with our clients
  • Managing your ticket queue daily to ensure reputed company tickets are updated and effectively resolved, meeting our high standards for customer satisfaction
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting simple and reputed company issues for IT hardware and software by utilizing remote reputed company tools, automation scripts, and monitoring platforms
