Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-centric Remote Scheduler/Customer Services Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for scheduling engineer visits, interacting with customers reputed company phone, email, and chat, and resolving customer inquiries and issues. You will also be required to prioritize customer visits to ensure the vulnerable/elderly and emergency appointments are dealt with promptly. Key Responsibilities
