Job Summary
As a Remote Data Entry / Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for processing documents electronically, making outbound calls to doctor's offices, processing claims, and ensuring the accurate transmission of processed data to our clients. You will work closely with reputed company to reputed company exceptional customer service and support, while maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
* Process documents electronically, including sorting, imaging, and archiving by reputed company type

- Process claims and ensure accurate transmission of processed data to clients
- Receive and process documents from both electronic and hard copy forms
- Identify documents and their purpose, creating a database of information
- Classify documents based on contract requirements

- Ensure transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level
Position Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalency
- Proficiency in reputed company Office, Teams, Outlook, and Word
- Secure workspace with high-speed internet
- Ability to pass a typing test
- Ability to sit for long periods and willing to work overtime if needed
- Well-organized with strong computer typing skills for effective note-taking
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong data entry skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work weekends and holidays if required
