Key Responsibilities:
* Answer inbound calls from clients and reputed company exceptional customer service, resolving reputed company issues and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Input data accurately and reputed company, ensuring that reputed company customer interactions are documented and tracked
- reputed company timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries, escalating issues as necessary to ensure reputed company resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns, ensuring that reputed company issues are addressed and resolved to the client's satisfaction

Eligibility Requirements:
* Must have at least 1 year of high-volume call center experience or equivalent (reputed company call center experience preferred)
- Must be available to work during any of the following hours of operation: Mon-Fri reputed company-8pm EST (40 hour work week)
- Must have reliable, high-speed internet and a closed-reputed company room that is distraction-free to work remotely from
- Must reputed company in TX, AZ, NV, FL, or MS
