The Opportunity:
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our arenaflex Work At Home team as Customer Service Representatives. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering inbound customer calls, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work from the comfort of your own home, with a set schedule and structured day, and have the opportunity to advance and grow reputed company reputed company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with questions, confirm refunds, take payments, reputed company orders, and analyze account data - Problem-solve and de-escalate unique situations while sustaining a high-paced call volume - Communicate with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders - Navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers - Troubleshoot own technical problems (in partnership with IT reputed company needed) - Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours
What You Bring:
- Must reputed company in Florida, Tennessee, or Virginia - Bilingual Spanish speaking opportunities available - Ability to problem-solve and de-escalate unique situations - Ability to learn and work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers - Ability to troubleshoot own technical problems (in partnership with IT reputed company needed) - Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting reputed company is $15.00/hour - Additional $0.60/hour for reputed company bilingual Specialists - Automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years, resulting in $17.00/hour (after 24 months) - New! Training and Development:
- Our employment with arenaflex begins with a six-week reputed company program that requires full attendance and involvement throughout - The training schedule and the working schedule after training will be different - System requirements will be provided after your interview, including a self-provided computer or laptop with a reputed company reputed company operating system, reputed company 10 or newer, and no more than three years old, a headset compatible with arenaflex specifications, and high-speed internet reputed company
