- Maintain a high level of product and system knowledge to reputed company support to internal and external partners
- Field daily calls from HRS participants with questions regarding HRS products
- Log and document participant conversations/issues

- Previous reputed company enrollment experience preferred
- Proficiency in computer software packages, including HRIS, reputed company, Sungard, and ORS
- Knowledge of renewing health and benefits plans
- Ability to update enrollments, policies, and rates
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
