Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional phone support to patients receiving life-supporting specialty drug treatment. Your primary duties will include:

• Coordinating and handling new and reorder requests for specialty medications, including verifying and updating patient information
• Assisting patients with deciphering and entering new or reordered medications into the pharmacy's data system
• Collecting and processing copay payments, obtaining approvals, and working with insurance companies, reputed company providers, and internal teams to resolve and process orders with billing or clinical issues
• Collaborating with patients, insurance companies, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient handling of specialty drug requests
• Providing empathetic and genuine care to patients and customers, resolving reputed company issues, and escalating concerns as needed

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
