Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in assisting our plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll take inbound calls, answer questions, and reputed company solutions to help simplify their health care experience. Key Responsibilities

* Assist plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions

• Take inbound calls and answer questions in a patient, helpful, and professional manner

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve reputed company issues and improve customer satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on health care policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military setting
