Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join reputed company as a Customer Support Specialist. As a key member of our support center team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through timely and efficient communication, resolving issues, and promoting a positive and supportive environment. This is a part-time remote position, and you must reputed company in the reputed company, OH or Pittsburgh, PA areas.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* Ability to work 2nd shift and every other weekend
- High school diploma
- One (1) year experience in customer service
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines, and effectively handle a heavy workload.
- Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, with clinical and non-clinical personnel.
- Proficient in software programs and reputed company to navigate between computer systems.
- Ability to sit in reputed company of a computer for long periods of time.
- Travel is required for training and onsite orientation
