Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service over the phone, reputed company email, and through our ticketing system.
- Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating account information in reputed company.
- Following best practices for documentation in our ticketing system.
- Contributing to company-wide initiatives, such as adopting new technologies and launching new products.
- Participating in our rotating on-call schedule to ensure our customers receive support reputed company of standard business hours.
- Consistently meeting performance metrics and KPIs.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Customer service experience: A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Software experience: Experience with eMARs, EHRs, or other reputed company-reputed company technologies is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities: The ability to analyze reputed company issues and reputed company effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills: The ability to communicate reputed company and effectively with customers and colleagues.

Work Hours / Schedule:
Our regular work hours are 10:30 am CT (8:30 am PT, 9:30 am MT, 11:30 am ET) to 7:00 pm CT (5:00 pm PT, 6:00 pm MT, 8:00 pm ET), Monday through Friday. Support team members are required to participate in the on-call/after-hours rotational schedule.
