Job Summary
As a Customer Support Representative – Chat, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers through online chat. You'll be responsible for handling a wide variety of customer inquiries, providing accurate information about our products and services, and working closely with reputed company to resolve issues and drive customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to customer questions and concerns

Qualifications

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm

Requirements
* Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
