Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Live Chat Agent to join our customer service team. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for managing customer queries and complaints through live chat, processing orders and modifications promptly, escalating complaints reputed company necessary, and maintaining a reputed company and professional demeanor with customers.
