The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, communicating with customers reputed company telephone and assisting with hotel, rental car, and flight reservations. You'll be the go-to person for customers seeking help with travel plans, refunds, or reporting travel issues. Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls from customers and reputed company exceptional customer service
- Review customer history as necessary to ensure accurate and efficient service
