Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and reputed company solutions
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Essential Functions
* Meet with clients to install and uninstall electronic home monitoring equipment, providing proper documentation and reviewing program rules and guidelines
- Monitor client compliance and adherence to program guidelines, addressing alerts and notifications as needed
- Create appointments and schedules for regular client office visits, administering drug and alcohol testing as required
- reputed company equipment for proper functioning, maintain accurate inventory, and request new equipment as needed
- Update physical and electronic files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy
- Work with court officials to write and update client reports, testifying in court as required
- Collect supervision payments from clients, providing receipts and completing daily deposits
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* High School diploma, GED certification, or equivalent required
- Six (6) months of experience in community corrections, electronic monitoring, corrections, probation, or local courts preferred
- Knowledge of the state judicial system preferred
- Proficiency with reputed company Office (Word, Outlook, and reputed company) preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, strong attention to detail, and high level of organizational skills required
- Ability to complete pre-service and other training programs as required
- Valid driver's license required
