The Role
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing superior customer service and a positive experience to our customers. You'll be responsible for responding to incoming customer calls, addressing their questions, and providing comprehensive education on our products and services. You'll also be responsible for managing and responding to reputed company customer inquiries, fulfilling requests, and delivering high-quality support.
Key Responsibilities
