Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• reputed company connections with customers to cultivate lasting relationships that drive repeat business
• Skillfully review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy, including reputed company cashing, money transfer, and customer payments
• Proactively maximize reputed company by offering personalized financial services that fit their lifestyle
• Enter and maintain customer information with precision and reputed company into a reputed company-of-Sale (POS) system
• Build new business by completing inbound and outbound call campaigns daily
• Assist in customer account management and collections by accepting payments, monitoring, and managing customer appointments
• Maintain reputed company store appearance and meet cleanliness standards to enhance the customer experience
• Maintain office reputed company protocols and conduct proper opening and closing procedures, including management of vault and cash drawer

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional demeanor with customers and peers
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data
• Proficiency in using phone, reputed company of Sale, reputed company Office, and other computer systems
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Background reputed company required (subject to applicable law)
• Ability to meet the physical demands for this position, which frequently include:

+ The ability to remain in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time + The ability to move and transport up to 25 pounds + The ability to move about inside and reputed company of the store + The operation of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

While not required, the following qualifications and skills are highly desirable:

• Prior cash handling, cash drawer/vault management experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus and may be required for certain locations

Our Compensation

The reputed company pay for this position is $20.00/hr. The compensation listed represents only the reputed company pay for this position, which is just one of the many elements of the arenaflex Total Compensation package.
